Browse the KEHUA industrial valve catalogue by duty, then compare construction and procurement requirements. Open a product family or search the series directory before preparing a line-item project enquiry.

Ball Valves
01Industrial valve

Ball Valves

For quarter-turn isolation, compare floating and trunnion support independently from soft and metal seats. Top-entry, fully welded and cryogenic features are separate review criteria; confirm the offered model's bore, trim, pipe ends and operating conditions.

Butterfly Valves
02Industrial valve

Butterfly Valves

Start with wafer, lug or flanged installation, then compare offset geometry and seat construction separately. Review mating flanges, disc clearance, flow direction and the exact duty; lug construction alone does not approve end-of-line service.

Gate Valves
03Industrial valve

Gate Valves

For isolation duty, compare cast or forged bodies, bonnet construction and rising or non-rising stems as separate choices. Check full-open travel, maintenance access and any low-temperature requirement against the offered model's datasheet and drawing.

Globe Valves
04Industrial valve

Globe Valves

State shutoff or regulation duty before comparing body patterns, trim, bellows sealing and pressure-seal bonnets. Obtain model-specific flow data where regulation is required; external stem-sealing and seat-leakage acceptance are separate checks.

Check Valves
05Industrial valve

Check Valves

For non-return duty, compare swing, lift, dual-plate, piston and other mechanisms against minimum and normal flow, orientation and reversal conditions. Wafer describes mounting, not necessarily the internals; verify closing response rather than assuming non-slam operation.

How do you choose an industrial valve type?

Start with function: compare ball valve support and seats for quarter-turn isolation; review butterfly mounting and geometry for disc-valve shutoff or regulation; compare gate body, bonnet and stem for full-open isolation; assess globe duty and flow path for the specified flow duty; and check valve closing mechanisms for non-return duty. Confirm the exact model's operating envelope, installation and acceptance requirements before ordering.

KEHUA VALVE is Wenzhou Kehua Valve Co., Ltd., offering the six industrial valve families below. Use this comparison for initial review; the offered model's datasheet, drawing and project specification govern final selection.

Ball ValvesFloating, trunnion-mounted, top-entry, fully welded and cryogenic extended-stemShutoff requirements, bore, seat materials, cavity relief and operating differential pressure.
Butterfly ValvesWafer, lug, flanged and offset designsConnections and mating flanges, disc clearance, seats and duty direction; end-of-line use needs a separate review.
Gate ValvesCast wedge, forged, pressure-seal and cryogenic designsIsolation duty, bonnet construction, stem travel, installation space and operating frequency.
Globe ValvesConventional, pressure-seal, bellows-sealed and angle designsIsolation or regulation duty, flow direction, permitted pressure loss and leakage acceptance; confirm regulation performance for the exact model.
Check ValvesSwing, lift, dual-plate and other non-return constructionsMinimum and normal flow, orientation, pump cycling and reversal conditions; a construction name does not guarantee surge-free closing.
Plug ValvesLubricated, sleeved, lift and multiport designsSealing arrangement, fluid compatibility, operating torque and maintenance; confirm the flow diagram in each multiport position.

For comparable supplier offers, identify family, construction, materials, ends and actuation for each bill-of-materials line. Supply medium, operating and design conditions, quantity, destination, requested date and required inspection records. Use the line-item valve RFQ checklist and qualification and inspection-document review to separate confirmed requirements from open points; ask the supplier to list deviations and exclusions. Family ranges do not establish every size-pressure-material combination.
