KEHUA VALVE · EXPORT INDUSTRIAL VALVE MANUFACTURER

TECHNICAL RESOURCES

Industrial valve technical resources

Compare industrial valve selection guides and request model-specific datasheets, drawings and inspection documents. Prepare a clear technical RFQ with KEHUA.

BEFORE TECHNICAL APPROVAL

Which industrial valve documents should buyers request?

Request the proposed model datasheet and drawing for technical review, then agree the inspection and delivery document list in the RFQ. A family catalogue is a starting point; it does not confirm every configuration, service limit or order-specific test result.

What should the model datasheet confirm?

Check the offered construction, size and rating combination, design and operating conditions, component materials, end connections, dimensions and actuation. Match these to the project specification; keep unknown fields marked as pending rather than borrowing values from another series.

Use the model-specific valve RFQ checklist

Can PN or Class alone establish the service limit?

No. Review the applicable pressure-temperature rating basis, material and offered configuration at the project conditions. A similar designation or flange appearance does not establish an interchangeable valve or an approved substitution.

Review PN versus ASME Class rating checks

Do certificates replace delivery test records?

No. Verify the holder, scope and current status of the relevant certificate separately. Agree the inspection scope, acceptance requirements and traceability of the records required for your model and order; a company certificate is not an individual valve test report.

SELECTION TO SUPPLIER REVIEW

Industrial valve procurement guides

A catalogue describes a product range; a model datasheet confirms the proposed configuration; an order document package records the agreed inspection and delivery requirements. Use these guides to prepare your review, then ask Wenzhou Kehua Valve Co., Ltd. to confirm the documents applicable to your enquiry.

Compare swing, lift and dual plate check valves

Review disc movement, permitted installation, pressure loss and pump stop conditions, then prepare a model-specific check valve RFQ.

Read the guide

Compare rising and non-rising stem gate valves

Check operating and maintenance clearance, position indication and the offered model drawing before choosing a stem arrangement.

Read the guide

Compare soft-seated and metal-seated ball valves

Review sealing interfaces, trim materials, process conditions and leakage acceptance, then compare the corresponding floating and trunnion series.

Read the guide

Choose a valve family by operating duty

Compare ball, butterfly and gate valves before specifying the construction, connection and model.

Read the guide

Review valve body material options

Compare WCB, LCB, CF8M and duplex steel; check the medium, temperature and material specification rather than choosing by grade name alone.

Fill in an industrial valve RFQ

Use the enquiry template and quotation deviation checks to record service data, dimensions, pressure, connections, actuation and required documents.

Check a supplier qualification package

Separate company and certificate evidence from model-specific technical data and the inspection records agreed for your order.

Read the guide

Review valve pressure test records

Distinguish shell and closure tests, define acceptance conditions and match the inspection report to the delivered valve or documented batch.

Read the guide

Compare flanged, butt-weld, socket-weld and threaded ends

Check mating dimensions, pipe-end details, material compatibility, installation access and the connection standard before accepting a valve quotation.

Read the guide

Choose wafer, lug or flanged butterfly connections

Compare flange fit, bolt engagement, disc clearance and the model-specific conditions required for any proposed end-of-line duty.

Read the guide

Check PN and ASME Class valve pressure ratings

Review pressure-temperature limits, the rating standard and flange compatibility before accepting a proposed PN or Class substitution.

Read the guide

Compare floating and trunnion-mounted ball valves

Review ball support, seat design, operating differential pressure and actuator data against the offered model and service.

Read the guide

Specify full-bore and reduced-bore requirements

Define the required flow passage, pigging and pipe interface instead of approving the valve from the bore label alone.

Read the guide

Review side-entry trunnion ball valve construction

Compare the proposed entry arrangement, maintenance access, seat design and actuation package using model-specific drawings.

Read the guide

Compare double and triple offset butterfly valves

Check offset geometry, seat construction, operating duty and test requirements before shortlisting a butterfly valve model.

RFQ CHECKLIST

Prepare a technical RFQ

The fastest first review starts with operating data, connection details and the document list your project requires.

  • Service: medium, phase, corrosiveness, solids and operating duty.
  • Mechanical: size, pressure class, temperature, end connection and actuator.
  • Project: standard, inspection plan, documentation, quantity and delivery timing.
