Can a company certificate replace an order-specific test report?
A company or management-system certificate is not the test result for a delivered valve. Review inspection scope, acceptance conditions, report identification and traceability against the contract and proposed model; a certificate preview does not replace verification of current status and scope.

What should buyers check before technical approval?
Check who manufactured the valve, what each certificate covers, and which records apply to the proposed model and order. The previews above support an initial review; they do not replace current issuer verification or project-specific technical approval.
Manufacturer qualification
1. Match the legal entity and manufacturing location
Compare the supplier name and manufacturing address on the quotation with the documents supplied. This website identifies the company as Wenzhou Kehua Valve Co., Ltd.; ask for clarification where a record uses a different name or location.
2. Verify the certificate number, status and scope
Read the issue and expiry information, issuing body and covered activities. Check current status with the issuer or official directory. A preview or printed expiry date alone is not proof that a certificate is currently active or covers the valve you intend to buy.
3. Distinguish management systems from product evidence
ISO management-system certificates are not individual valve test reports, and ISO itself does not issue certificates. Check API authorization scope against the required valve family; do not extend a listed scope to every product on the website.
Model and order documents
1. Confirm the proposed model and technical configuration
Request the model datasheet, drawing and material schedule needed for your review. Reconcile size, pressure–temperature limits, body and seat materials, end connections and actuation against the project specification.
2. Agree inspection and acceptance requirements
State the applicable test standard, acceptance criteria and any additional testing, witnessing or third-party inspection in the RFQ. Confirm their inclusion in the quotation; a general supplier certificate does not demonstrate that a particular valve passed an order-specific test.
3. Define traceability and the delivery document list
Specify the material, heat or serial-number traceability and inspection reports your contract requires. Agree the document list and review stages before placing the order, rather than assuming every record is included with every product.
