Start with the failure mode.
Select an application context first, then send the operating data required for a technical valve review.

A clearer route to technical review
Kehua's valve families cover isolation and flow-control duties across the application areas already documented in the current company catalogue.
Request a QuoteOil & Gas
Pipeline isolation · API 6D · Fire-safe project duties
Share the medium, line size, pressure class, temperature, material and project standard so the engineering team can review the fit.
Chemical & Petrochemical
Corrosive media · Tight shutoff · Alloy selection
Tell us the chemistry and sealing requirements; material and trim choices should follow the verified service conditions.
Power & Heating
Steam · Water · High-temperature process service
Include temperature, pressure, cycling duty and connection requirements in the RFQ for a useful first review.
Metallurgy & New Materials
Polysilicon · Abrasion · Severe process media
Describe particles, concentration, temperature and maintenance constraints before a valve family is selected.

Technical data to include in a valve inquiry
A supplier can compare valve type, materials and sealing arrangements only when the service data are clear. Include these fields so quotations are based on the same duty.
- 01Process medium and composition, including solids or corrosion concerns
- 02Normal and design pressure, temperature and operating cycle
- 03Nominal size, pressure class and end connection
- 04Body, trim and seat requirements, shutoff class and actuation
- 05Quantity, project standards, inspection documents and required delivery
Prepare a comparable valve RFQ
Use the buyer guides to document the service first, then ask suppliers to state every deviation from the project requirement.
