Flanged butterfly valve
Request a KEHUA flanged butterfly valve quotation. Match flange drilling, facing, face-to-face dimensions, seat selection and service data to the offered model.

Butterfly Valves
Flanged butterfly valve
KEHUA's flanged butterfly valve series is manufactured by Wenzhou Kehua Valve Co., Ltd. in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. For process utility isolation, review the valve's end flanges and installation dimensions against the piping specification. A flanged connection does not establish its disc offset, seat material or model-specific service limits.
About the flanged butterfly valve manufacturerThese are family-level options. Confirm the offered series rating and materials against its approved datasheet.
FLANGED BUTTERFLY VALVE PROCUREMENT
How do you specify a flanged butterfly valve?
Submit the valve and both mating flange requirements together for a flanged butterfly valve quotation: size, standards, drilling, facing, gaskets and face-to-face dimensions. Confirm disc clearance, seat materials, shutoff direction and the proposed operator against the installation drawing. Flanged construction alone does not establish offset geometry or pressure-temperature limits.
Related procurement checks: butterfly valve range; valve connection guide; Separate body material from seat selection.
Compare wafer, lug and flanged connections- Describe the fluid, solids, isolation duty, normal and design conditions, maximum differential pressure, shutoff direction and leakage acceptance.
- Specify DN or NPS, both mating flange standards, drilling, facing and gasket requirements. Supply the installation envelope and required face-to-face dimensions for drawing review.
- Check disc travel, adjacent pipe bore, body and seat compatibility and the proposed operator or actuator with the supplier. A flanged body alone does not determine offset geometry or service limits.
- Confirm body, disc, stem, seat and seal materials, shutoff direction and leakage acceptance. Obtain the offered model’s pressure-temperature limits rather than applying a family-level range.
- State manual, geared or actuated operation and the required operating time and supply for review. Include quantity, delivery destination, requested date and the required drawing, material records and shell/seat test documentation. Require any dimensional or specification deviations to be identified in the quotation.
When should you compare a different butterfly connection?
Start from the installation drawing, not a connection keyword alone. Compare these alternatives when flange removal, mounting space or connection dimensions differ. A change of connection does not establish a different seat material, offset geometry or pressure-temperature rating.
- Wafer butterfly valves
Compare a compact between-flanges arrangement; confirm mating pipe bore, disc clearance and the approved assembly instructions.
- Lug butterfly valves
Compare lug and bolt engagement details; any downstream flange removal requires written model-specific end-of-line approval.
For supplier approval, separate the shell and seat test requirements from the company qualification records. Agree the model drawing, pressure-temperature limits, material records and acceptance criteria for the actual valve; a company certificate is not a test report for every configuration.
